Deposit 200. non refundable, Dogs are not refundable for any reason other than health reasons as spelled out in this contract/guarnatee. puppy must be paid for prior to leaving. IF buyers wish to sell or otherwise dispose of the pupppy/ dog for any reason breeder has right of aproval of proposed home, If no home can be found breeder will buy back for 1.00 making the transaction legal, all paperwork would need to be signed and given back, breeder will take responsibility for transfer. If sold prior to the spay/neuter buyer must copy out contract and have it signed by new buyers, replece breeder signature with original buyer, copy to be given to breeder, otherwise you as 1st buyer would be legally responsible for spay/neuter. Dog is NOT to be sold to pet shop, research foundation, or taken to shelters. Buyer responsible for annual vaccination.
This Warrenty covers your puppy from 1 yr from date of birth against life threatening congenital defects, heart , lungs, shunts, disorders that a licensed vet deems to affect the life expectancy.
Puppy leaves in good health to the best of my knowledge, buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy checked over this is to satisfy both parties that the puppy is healthy, if not done warrenty if voided. Seller breeder is not responsible for vet costs after the time it leaves. Puppy leaves having 1st vaccination, dewormed at least once, if appropriate 2 times, micro chip is implanted between shoulder blades, dewclaws have been removed. IF this is a Yorkie puppy tails will be docked. Puppy goes to new homes with Pet plan insurance trial offer good for 6 weeks, which you can continue at your expense or NOT. Puppy is CKC limited registered, unless previously agreed upon, and leaves having toenails clipped, eyes, ears, stomache is checked in front of buyers, to ensure the satisfaction of borh buyer and seller that no defect is present, puppy is weighed, temp taken and recorded. Once a vet checks over the puppy, should there be a problem, return the puppy along with the statement from the vet stating the diagnosis with the date time and symtoms to support the claim. I have right of second opinion from my vet. IF supported you will get replacement same sex if availalbe of equal value, mutually agreed upon. IF no pup is available you will get one from next avaiilable litter this will never exceed the time of 1 yr, or money back. IF my vet disagrees with the diagnosis you get the original puppy back + the cost of the vet. This is to ensure that the return is for medical reasons only. If this pup should die whithin the guarantee period of 1 yr. autopsy will be required Buyer expense to be eligeble for replacement. Warranty does not cover skin allergies, fleas, mites, as these are aquired and could be picked up after puppy leaves, they are not congenital defect. I do not guarantee size, temperment, alignment of bite, conformation, if sold as full reg'd I dont guarantee soundness for breeding. Puppy is sold as Pet quality only. Breeder is to get a copy of the spay/neuter invoice as soon as contract is fullfilled, failing to supply this could result in registration papers being withheld, or court action within the Brockville jurisdiction for breach of contract. IF used for breeding against this contract puppies are NOT elegiable for registration under the animal pedigree act, as dog is being sold as CKC limited registered, unless otherwise stated prior to buying, this concludes the contract /guarantee.
